Paint With Threadz is a custom handmade décor brand specialising  in personalised  rugs and textile art. All products are made to order and crafted based on customer preferences.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, visitors, and customers of our website and services.
 

2. Product Nature & Custom Orders

  • All products are handmade and customized.

  • Each piece is created specifically for the customer placing the order.

  • Due to the handmade process, slight variations in color, texture, size, or design may occur and are considered part of the product’s uniqueness, not defects.

  • Once production begins, changes to design, size, or color cannot be made.
     

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be prepaid before production begins.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Payment confirms your order and agreement with our policies.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prepaid orders help us maintain trust, allocate materials, and ensure smooth execution for custom creations.
 

4. No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies to all custom and handmade products.

5. Exchange Policy (Delivery Damage Only)

An exchange will be considered only if the product arrives damaged due to delivery.

Conditions for exchange:

  • A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the sealed package

  • The video must show that the damage occurred during transit

  • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Paint With Threadz.
 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on order complexity, location, and external factors.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
     

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, text, and artwork, is the property of Paint With Threadz.

  • Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

  • Custom designs created for customers remain the intellectual property of Paint With Threadz unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

8. User Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You understand the nature of custom handmade products

  • You have reviewed and accepted all policies before purchasing

Providing incorrect information may result in order delays or cancellation without refund.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

Paint With Threadz shall not be liable for:

  • Minor variations inherent in handmade products

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Misuse or improper handling of the product after delivery

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
 

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store or share customer data with third parties.
