Returns & Refunds policy
At Paint With Threadz Studio, each rug is handmade and fully customized according to your chosen design. The pictures shown on our website and social platforms are for design inspiration only. They represent our most loved, reviewed, and sold designs but are not pre-made rugs available for direct purchase.
Because every piece is uniquely crafted for you, we operate under a strict zero-return and zero-refund policy.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Once you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp text to confirm the design details before we begin production.
Full payment is collected before production starts. Since each rug is handmade and tailored to your request, it cannot be reused, resold, or returned once created.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it, before we begin crafting. After this period, the order will automatically proceed to production and will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Returns & Refunds
As all rugs are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
This includes cases where a customer changes their mind, as the product cannot be resold or repurposed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your rug arrives damaged during shipping or if there is a mistake in the confirmed design, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Customers must provide unboxing photos/videos for verification of shipping damage claims.
