Refund Policy

At Paint With Threadz, every product is handmade and customized exclusively for each customer. Because of the nature of our work, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
 

1. No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

All our rugs and décor pieces are made to order and customized based on individual preferences. Each piece is created specifically for the customer who places the order and cannot be resold or reused for anyone else.

Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
 

2. Exchange Policy (Damage During Delivery Only)

An exchange is possible only in the rare case where the product is received damaged due to delivery.
 

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The damage must be clearly visible at the time of delivery

  • The customer must record a proper unboxing video, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the damage

  • The video must prove that the damage was not caused by the customer and occurred during transit
     

Without an unboxing video, no exchange request will be accepted.

Once the damage is verified and approved by our team, we will proceed with an exchange as per our process.
 

3. Handmade & Custom Nature of Products

Each piece we create is:

  • Handmade

  • Custom-designed

  • Crafted specifically for one customer
     

Due to slight variations in handmade products, minor differences in color, texture, or design are not considered defects and are part of the handmade charm.
 

4. Prepaid Orders Only

All orders are accepted on a prepaid basis.

This helps maintain transparency, commitment, and trust on both ends — allowing us to source materials, allocate artist time, and begin production confidently for every custom request.
 

5. Contact for Support

If you receive a damaged product or have concerns related to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the required proof.
