Returns & Refunds Policy
At PWT, every piece of art is hand-tufted and custom-framed specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or accidental orders.
1. Damaged Items (Unboxing Protection)
We take great care in packaging our art, but if your item arrives damaged, we will provide a free replacement. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide proof of damage during unboxing:
Required Proof: A clear, unedited video of you unboxing the package for the first time, showing the damage to the frame or the rug.
Timeline: You must contact us and submit your unboxing video within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Condition: The product must be unused. We cannot replace items that show signs of use or damage occurred after unboxing.
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is materially different from what you ordered (e.g., the wrong team logo or significantly incorrect colors), we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Please send us a photo of the received item alongside your order confirmation number.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since we begin the hand-tufting process shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the materials have been allocated, and the order cannot be canceled.
4. How to Claim a Replacement
To start a claim, please email us at paintwiththreadzstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the required video/photo evidence. Once verified, we will prioritize your replacement and ship it within our standard 2-3 week production window.
